In his final words to the people of Judah, Micah looks towards a time when God completes his refining work. Judah will be made new, forgiven and restored to life in all its fullness. He draws from Judah’s rich history to see God once again as a shepherd to God’s people, a mighty deliverer who brings the people up out of Egypt. What can we learn from the way Micah weaves together judgement and mercy?
